 Each tour comprising NATIONAL and INTERNATIONAL tourist is guided by a renowned, qualified and experienced guide who is a skilled Mountaineer, Trekker,Swimmer, Driver and Skier. These are the tours:

TERMS & CONDITIONS. 

1. Tariff given includes everything from departure of journey to arrival except Train Food.
2. Our tour tariff is designed according to the journey cost by the Sleeper Class in the train.
3. Tariff can be subjected to change without prior notice.
4. For reservation Cash/Cheque/Draft will be accepted in favour of ‘TREKS & TOURS.’
5. Booking amount is 50% in advance and rest 50% has to be paid 30 days before from the     journey date.
6. From proposed tariff 20% discount will be given to children from 2 to 12 years.
7. Rate for child means, shared accommodation with parents without extra bed.
8. Children below 5 years will not be allowed in Ladakh Tour.
9. Accommodation is on twin sharing basis.
10. .Money will be refunded if there is any cancellation of journey before departure from Howrah.
11. After departure from Howrah if the tour is cancelled due to Natural Calamities or any other unavoidable circumstances, the money will not be refunded due to cancellation of the tour in mid-journey.
12. In case of cancellation of any kind of transport related to the tour, Management will not undertake any financial liabilities for this. However, the Tour Conducting Officer will help to board the next train in unreserved compartments or to procure Ship/Air tickets for the next voyage/flight. In that case the tourist has to bear the extra cost.
13. If the tourist cancels the tour before it begins, he/she has to submit a letter with proper cause for the cancellation to the Management.
14. If a tourist has to return back before the completion of the journey due to his/her physical breakdown or any sickness he/she has to keep enough money during the tour and all expenses are to be borne by the tourist. Management will not be responsible to refund the money to the tourist if he/she returns back due to any medical problems.
15. Management will not undertake any liability towards the tourists for any damages, loss, theft, robbery of their belongings and if any casualty caused by an accident.
16. If there is an increase in fuel or any conveyance changes in the time of tour or two months before it, you have to pay extra for that.
17. Accompanying luggage should be light and essential items like medicines for headache, nausea, loose motion, fever, body pain, indigestion & acidity are to be carried by the tourist.
18. .During the conduction of the tour, the tourist has to eat the local food which will be available in that area. We do not carry the cooking arrangements.
19. Allotment of the seats/rooms will be according to the discretion of the Tour Conducting Manager.
20. Most of the tours are conducted in restricted/inner line areas. So the tourist has to follow certain rules and regulations while visiting those places.
21. Voter Identity Card/Passport is strictly required to be kept with each tourist in each tour.
22. The Tour Conductor’s Decision on any matter/dispute would be final.
23. Tour Itinery is liable to change, modification & cancellation without prior notice.
24. Cancellation Charges:      

a. 15 days before journey date is 100%

b. 30 days before journey date is 50%

c. After booking & up to 30 days before is 10%
